The contest is simple, last one to post wins!

Rules:
You cannot post two consecutive posts (one after the other). You must wait until someone posts after your post to post again.

You cannot post pointless rants, text, or anything that is pointless. Your post can be a reply to another's post but not something like "I'm a winner!", "I'm going to win", anything like "fhisfbhtjh", "second post", or anything similar.

Do not post junk such as "The thread slowed down", "The Thread sped up", "The thread will never end"; they will not be tolerated.

All posts in this contest must remain G rated (Keep it general public friendly, especially for the young ones).

If you're posting an image, link to it so you can help save the dial-up users. The rule won't be enforced much if it's a fairly small image.

Your post must contain a sentence of 4 words or more.

Each user can receive up to three warnings, then be disqualified from the contest. If you get disqualified, you can post in this thread but you cannot win if you where the last poster in a 48 hour period.

If the last post was not following the rules above and has exceeded the 48 hour period, it won't be the winning post and the contest will continue. All disqualified users from the contest can't win, this includes people with all three warnings, myself, and all who have been removed from the winning list.

You'll receive a warning if you don't abide to the rules above.

I can modify this post anytime.

The Prize:
When the last poster posts and no one replies within 48 hours, then that poster wins!

The winner will receive 2 free branding free copies of Grestul. More information on branding free here:
I need multiple comment "conversations" on my website. Also I need it in my database, not on some web-based comment system like JS-KIT or other similar. So want to use version 1.2 of your system for my website and then I will write a few scripts to access/manipulate the database myself for my application. One such is to scan the user comments by comment date and then only show the comments that are new, for example in made within the last 30 days. I'd imagine there would be some kind of column that enables or disables the comment from showing. Am sure I can try to figure that out ... but first I need the 1.2 version before starting.

When will v1.2 be available? Please give date, pressure. Thanks.

and i just want to add a small comments section at the bottom so people can leave feedback. So do i copy all the things from upload folder into my FTP folder? Then what? I tried clicking on the .php files and they just brought me to a page that seemed to allow me to setup things, but i couldn't click anything or type anything in.
Beta test Positions
As a Beta tester, you'll be asked to spend quite some time testing features in future versions of the Grestul software. You'll be given an account at the Beta testing site where you and others are testing Grestul for bugs, security flaws, and others. They're the people who keep your Grestul safe, secure, and stable.

If you'd like to become a beta tester for 1.2, please pm me.
Best Regards.

Hello All!

I thought I'll create a modification for you guys to enjoy. It's not much of an AJAX system but it is Javascript. If a user leaves an empty field, it would highlight the box in red and give the person a notice. This works with the latest version of Grestul.

Screenshots:

http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/9612/...203yc3.png

Instructions:
Download the .zip folder:
[attachment=3]

Extract the .ZIP archive.

Now follow the installation instructions from the installation.txt file that came with this download.

If you have any troubles, comments, complaints, and or suggestions, post them up!
Best Regards.
